My mother, Carolyn Chini, became a patient of Dr. Isaac after suffering 3 miscarriages. Her next pregnancy, under his care, went to term - and resulted in me! Mom was 39 at the time, and she even had 2 more children after that. Mom always spoke very highly of Dr. Isaac. She'd probably want him to know that I went into medicine, (pediatric pulmonology). Mom passed away in 2020, as well, (age of 95). My sincere condolences to his family.

What a kind, compassionate man Dr. Isaac was. I was fortunate to be in his care while pregnant for both of my sons, now age 45 and 39. I always teased him because he wasn’t on call when either of the boys were born. He was so patient, gentle and caring. My sympathy to all of his family.

Linda and Family-
I first ‘met’ John when my mother was his patient and he cared for her pregnancy with me 50 years ago. She always had great things to say about Dr Isaac!
Fast forward to 20 years ago as a new OB doc in practice myself, I became colleagues with John at Community. He was a gracious mentor and all around wonderful man that I am blessed to have had him in my life!!!

I was lucky enough to have had John as a doctor, a friend and a helper when I needed help. He was truly a one of a kind human and I am sad to see him go. I am happy to know of the great life he lived with Linda and of his wonderful family that was such an important part of my life for so many years. Just read Sunday obituaries...this world has lost a great person. Condolences to his wife and family. 38 years ago Dr. Isaac began delivering three out of four of my children. He was always patient, kind and a gentleman. Bumped into him and his wife a few times @ Finally Ours with my girls. It was neat to introduce one of them to the Dr. who delivered her with a complication. Forty-six years ago I was Dr.Isaac's patient. He treated my infertility and I subsequently gave birth to two beautiful daughters. He was kind, compassionate, patient and he and Florence were as excited as I was when I got pregnant. I have always remembered him with such great fondness and enormous gratitude. My condolences to his family. We have all lost a good man.

I had the honor of working with Dr. Isaac for 27 years as an RN in Labor and Delivery. He was always generous with his time, his knowledge, his support , and his wonderful sense of humor to the staff and the patients. When he was the MD covering his practice and later the “House Officer du jour”, I always knew it would be a good day. Sincere condolences to Linda and his family.
