Dottie and the extended Anderson Family-
So sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I ran into Dick many years ago and I had not seen him since High School and it was like no time had passed at all, I remember is laugh was infectious. Please find solace that he is in a better place, I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dickie Boy,
My remembrance of Dick cannot be summed up in one or two laughable moments, but rather in years of true friendship. I personally met the kid in 10th grade at CBA, and 44 years later I can’t think of even one instance that we were at odds. I truly feel blessed to have referred to him as a great friend. We started going to Oxbow in high school and playing cards weekly during the winter months shortly after getting out of college. I knew his lovely wife Dot in high school, and when they got married, we knew that it wouldn’t be easy. They persevered, and as Dick was our rock, we knew that Dotty was truly his. I feel blessed to have been fortunate enough over the years to hunt, fish, and gather wood with him up in Oxbow. To have sat at the poker table with him, not caring, who won or lost. The many rounds of golf, in which we played for so little, yet it meant so much. Everyone that knew him whether it was Dot, the love of his life, his wonderful family, his friends, and business associates are all better people because of that relationship with Dick. He was one of a kind and truly will be missed. It’s been said that it’s better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. That speaks volumes about Richard Patrick Anderson. God blessed everyone that knew him. - DEH

To the Anderson family and the Vector family,
Rich was one of a kind, as honest as they come, Rich had 2 families, home and work. I had the pleasure of working for him in the late 90's. Anytime the company name or the Anderson name came up I always spoke up and said I worked for them. nothing but great things to say about Rich and his business. Truly a legend. Whenever I ran into Rich he always made a point to say hello and talk. My last talk with him was in October when I parked in his spot at the office! He made sure to find me and let me know where I parked and had a nice talk. He was a great man with morals and ethics that you don't find easily in these times. Rich was a great man that left a gift, his family.
