Sister Pat made such an impact on her corner of the world and as testament, her loss is felt deeply and by many. Her honesty, kindness and devotion seemed without bounds. Her welcoming spirit embodied the teachings of Christ and allowed for an open hearted approach to demonstrate love. Her smile was an infectious and her energy seemed without end. She was in some ways a surrogate Grandmother to our two boys and always showed up at baseball and basketball games. She would be at concerts, special events, graduations and made them, and us, feel loved and special. I hope she knows how much we loved her.
