Marilyn O'Brien Bertalli of Westvale, NY passed away peacefully Friday, December 16, 2016. She was born in Watertown, NY on December 17, 1932 and resided most of her life in Central NY. She graduated from St. Anthony of Padua and worked for many years at Community General Hospital. Marilyn married Frank B. Bertalli, Sr. on October 18, 1952 at St. Anthony's of Padua Church. They lived a long and happy life until his death on January 2, 2010. Marilyn is predeceased by her beloved mother, Eleanor F. O'Brien, husband Frank B. Bertalli, Sr., her daughters, Mary Beth McIntyre and Susan M. Hackett and brother, Edward O'Brien. She is survived by her sons, Frank Bertalli, Jr. of Ormond Beach Florida, Joseph (Lisette) Bertalli of Santa Clarita California, daughters, Nancy (Kevin) Dunshee of Camillus, NY, Wendy (Ron) Spadafora of Oneida, NY, Theresa (Mark) Wrobel of Marcellus, NY, 15 grandchildren, Nathan Churchill, Katie McIntyre, Jessica Hackett, Shannon, Kailey, Breanna and Olivia Spadafora, Chad and Courtney Bertalli, Elis and Austin Dunshee, Carly and Mark Wrobel, Julian and Dylan Bertalli, one great Grandson, Cameron Cunningham, son-in-laws, J. Timothy Hackett and William McIntyre, several cousins, nephews, her niece and especially her beloved Baby Girl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 11am at Most Holy Rosary Church, 111 Roberts Ave. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4-7pm at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Inc. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
