Dear Helen and family,
Please accept my sympathy for your loss. I was just a child in the 50's and you were my parents' friends. My recollections of both Tom and you, Helen, are of extremely kind and warm-hearted people. I can bring back your voices and recall the feeling that I was in the presence of loving kindness. May you find comfort with family and friends and many good memories of 65 years well-lived.

Helen, our condolences to you and your family. Tom was always a great guy, a gentleman, and a good neighbor. Our first child's wedding ( Marybeth ) was at the Hutchison house, and Tom did a wonderful job, took care of everything, and we'll never forget it. Marie and I will remember you both in our prayers.

Dear Helen and Family:
Tom played a big positive part in my life, at a young age. While in high school I worked for Tom at the Yates, and later at the Yates Hutchinson House.
I'm not sure he ever found out it was me that unknowingly used spaghetti sauce instead of cocktail sauce the night of a big conference dinner - if he did he didn't punish me for it!
I learned a lot and greatly appreciated his friendship.
My sincere condolences to the entire Popp family.
